Clients Term & Agreement

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining 70% must be paid on the first day of your massage session.

• All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before your session.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• If you cancel more than once, rebooking will require full advance payment.

3. Client Punctuality Agreement

• Clients must be ready and prepared (showered, dressed and available) at the scheduled appointment time and location.

• A 15 minutes grace period is allowed.

• If the client is not ready beyond 15 minutes, a $50 late fee will apply for every block of 15 minutes.

• If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, or in the case of a no-show, the session is considered forfeited:

  • Your deposit will not be refunded.

  • You will need to reschedule a new appointment.

  • Full payment is required to rebook.

4. Therapist Safety & Privacy (CCTV Policy)

• To protect the safety and privacy of our therapists, CCTV cameras in the treatment area must be switched off or fully covered with a thick towel during the session.

• If this condition is not met, our therapist reserves the right to cancel the session, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Scope of Services

• Services are strictly for women only.

• Available treatments include:

  • Postnatal massage

  • Breast engorgement massage

  • Baby Care Services

  • Hijama (cupping therapy)

  • Dry needling (for stroke)

  • Swedish, Balinese & Deep Tissue massage

  • Neuromuscular therapy for stroke

6. Therapists & Clients Conduct

• We maintain a safe and respectful work environment.

• Any inappropriate behavior towards our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

7. Health & Safety

• Clients must fully disclose any health conditions before the session.

• We reserve the right to decline treatment if there are medical concerns that affect safety.
  
  

8. Home Visit Guidelines

• Clients must provide a clean, safe, and private space for the treatment.

• If massage bed rental is included, the arrangement will be detailed in your invoice.

• Please ensure children or pets are supervised during the session.
  
  

9. Liability Waiver

• Our therapists are certified, but results may vary by individual.

• We are not liable for any complications or injuries that result from pre-existing or undisclosed health conditions.
  
  

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All client data is handled confidentially and is only used for booking and treatment purposes.
  
  

11. Acknowledgment & Signature

By booking a session or submitting a form on this website or link given for booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined by Sayangku Confinement & Wellness, including punctuality, cancellation, and therapist privacy policies.
